Welcome to The Pointe at North View!
 
This large 4BR/4.5BA home is situated on a spacious, wooded property with mountain views and mature hardwood trees. It is located in Banner Elk less than 4 miles from the downtown area, nestled between Sugar Mountain Ski Resort (6 miles away) and Ski Beech (9 miles away). Grandfather Mountain is only 12 miles from the home, while Linville Falls and Linville Caverns are less than 20 miles. Hawksnest Snowtubing and ziplines Resort is approximately 14 miles away. Tweetsie Railroad and Appalachian Ski Mountain can be found 23 miles away. The Pointe is also less than 30 miles from Lake Watauga, as well as the towns of Boone and Blowing rock. The Watauga river is also less that 10 miles away from The Pointe. All of the High Country's attractions are conveniently located nearby.  
The Pointe is an expansive house with four large rooms, three of them suites. One of the suites includes a second bunkroom in addition to the main bedroom. The Pointe can accommodate 18 guests including day beds, sleepers, and trundles. The Pointe has three levels and plenty of space to spread out. The covered front porch is nearly the entire width of the home and offers a quiet space with rocking chairs overlooking the wooded mountains. The two massive decks at the back of the house offer a mountain view, outdoor dining with a grill, a comfortable napping swing, fire pits flanked by benches made from live edge wood, and a spa. The grounds are a mix of lawn and mountain slopes with plenty of room for exploring and walking.  
The main entry foyer leads to a great-room with vaulted ceilings and a 65" HDTV. There are also wood floors and comfortable furniture for large groups. The great room's wall of windows reveals the expansive deck and mountain view. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and has granite countertops. It also has a bar that seats four people, as well as a center island. The kitchen has a breakfast area that seats four (4) and a dining room that can seat up to ten (10) on the other side. On the main floor, there is also a laundry room and a half-bathroom.  
The master bedroom is located on the main floor and features a king-sized bed, tray ceilings and direct access to both the side and rear decks. It also has a private ensuite with skylights and double vanities as well as a large tub and separate shower. The master bedroom has a walk in closet, a daybed and a trundle for extra sleeping, as well as a desk, recliner and a 65" HDTV. On the main floor, there is a bedroom with queen-sized bed.  
The loft area upstairs has a desk, recliner and daybed with a trundle. Two suites flank each other on either side of a loft. The suite on the right side of the loft has a king-size bed and a daybed with a trundle, a 50"HDTV, and an ensuite full bathroom with tub/shower combination. The suite on the left side of the loft has two queen beds with a 50" TV, a full bathroom with a bathtub/shower combination, and a bunkroom with twin-overtwin bunk beds. The weight limit for each of the two bunk beds is 160 pounds.  
The downstairs den/game room has a 12-foot shuffleboard, a reclining sofa, a large table for games or puzzles, 50" HDTV and a bathroom. The attached garage, the lower covered deck, the 6-person spa, the comfy napping swing and the backyard are all accessible from the downstairs.  
The Pointe features a central heating and air-conditioning system with dual zones for year-round comfort. All 5 HDTVs have digital cable programming, and WiFi is available throughout the entire house. The Pointe can accommodate groups of up 16 adults or 18 guests, as long as there are at least two children in the group. This home allows up to two dogs. CANCELLATION POLICY:
You can cancel your booking within 24 hours and receive a refund in full. If you cancel your booking more than 30 days prior to arrival, you'll receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date will not be refunded. If you have purchased travel insurance, and the reason of the cancellation is covered by the policy, you can recover the full amount.
