The main floor has a large open great room, with vaulted-ceilings and large windows letting in plenty of light. The main level also has leather furniture, a fireplace with gas logs, and a HD Smart Tv. The great room opens to the rear deck, which has outdoor furniture and a barbecue. The great room also offers a view of the large backyard. The great room opens up to the kitchen. The kitchen has granite counters, brushed nickel appliances and a live edge wood bar with two bar stool seats. It has everything you need to cook and serve meals. The dining room table can seat up to six people and the kitchen is surrounded with windows. The two barstools at the top of the kitchen counter can accommodate 7 to 8 people. On the main floor, there is also a queen bedroom. It has a HD Smart TV. The bedroom is adjacent to a full bathroom. The bathroom has an oversized, tiled bathtub as well as a vanity with 2 undermount sinks. The lower level has two additional bedrooms, and a central bathroom. The cozy den, which has a large HD SmartTV and a comfortable couch, can be used as a second living room. It can be used to create a fourth bedroom with its full-sleeper couch. One of the lower level bedrooms has a king size bed and a HD Smart Television. The other bedroom on the lower level has two twin beds, and an HD Smart Television. A door leads out to the sunroom, which leads onto a lower rear deck with a hot tub. The lower level bathroom features a tub/shower combination, two vanity stations and a washer/dryer. The entire house is heated and air-conditioned. The lower level den is not air-conditioned, but can be accessed from the other lower levels that are. The building is equipped with WIFI internet and digital cable programming for all five HD SmartTVs. All the fun things in town are within a short walk. Appalachian Ski Mountain, Tweetsie Railroad and other attractions are also within 5 miles. Three miles away is the Blue Ridge Parkway. Boone is approximately 7 miles from the hotel. Appalachian State University is located 9 miles away. Valle Crucis lies approximately 13 miles from the campus. Banner Elk is located less than 20 miles away. Grandfather Mountain, with its famous Profile hiking trail, is within 15 miles. Seven Devils, a town located approximately 14 miles from Seven Devils, is also within reach. The area is home to Otter Falls Trail and Hawksnest Snow Tubing & Zip Lines. Sugar Mountain Ski Resort and Ski Beech are both less than 16 miles from the house. New River and Watauga Rivers, both less than 10 miles from the house, are two of many lakes and rivers that are easily accessible.
