Welcome to Eagle Ridge Falls!
This log home in Banner Elk is well-built. It has a private acreage with a creek running through it. Eagle Ridge Falls has five (5) sleeping rooms, five and one-quarter (5.5) bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 18 guests. The cabin features a pool table, a pavilion outside, a swimming area, and plenty of space to explore. Banner Elk is a charming town that's only 10 minutes away. There are restaurants, antique stores and grocery shops. Beech Mountain Ski Resort, Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, and Grandfather Mountain are all within a 20 minute drive.
The living room is equipped with leather sofas, a flat-screen TV and a gas fireplace. The warm wood floors, tongue-and-groove walls, and exposed beam ceilings give the home a rustic cabin vibe. The living room is open to the dining room and kitchen, making it an ideal place to entertain friends and family. The sitting room, located next to the kitchen and dining area, offers additional seating as well as dining space. The main floor has a shared bath with a stackable washer and dryer. The covered porch offers Adirondack rocking chair for relaxation in the quiet mountains. On the lower level, you will find a second-level kitchen and a pool table. Here you will also find a dining table, as well as a unique stone floor. The den features a flat-screen television and a pooltable. Please note that the wood stove is currently not in use. The lower-level lobby has stone floors with plenty of space for ski groups. The lower and main levels have covered decks with views of the expansive property. The most impressive pavilion in the yard houses a gas grill and four picnic tables. This is the perfect place to enjoy a picnic with friends, and then cool off in the private pool. The wood-burning fireplace next to the stream is a great place for guests to enjoy a fun night of marshmallow roasting. The owners have recently added a hot tub on the side deck to enhance your enjoyment of this property.
The main floor features a comfortable master suite with a king-sized bed, a TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a jetted tub. Three bedrooms are located upstairs and have king or queen beds, as well as an ensuite bathroom. The fifth bedroom, located on the lower floor, has two (2) king-sized beds, cute beanbag chair, and a sliding door that leads to the parking area. The lower level den features built-in bunks and a queen sleeper couch. The lower level has a shared hallway bathroom with a dryer and washer that can be used to dry wet towels, clothes, and swimming equipment.
Eagle Ridge has eight (8) televisions with Roku, streaming or WiFi. The house is equipped with central heating and air-conditioning, except for the lower level bedroom. The stone floors and the well-insulated walls keep temperatures cool during the summer months.
The cabin allows pets up to two dogs to stay during the vacation. They will enjoy the large outdoor space and freedom that it offers. Eagle Ridge Falls is accessible via a gravel drive that slopes down into a large parking lot. There is a partially covered area for loading and unloading.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
You can cancel within 24 hours and receive a refund. Cancellations more than 30 days before arrival will result in 50% refund. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are not eligible for refunds. If you have travel coverage and the reason of cancellation is covered, you can get the full amount back.
