It is located in The Farm, an exclusive gated community only minutes from downtown Banner Elk. Sugar Mountain Ski Resort can be reached in less than 10 minutes. Beech Mountain Ski Resort and Grandfather Mountain State Park are all within a 20 minute drive. Valle Crucis is home to the Mast General Store, the original Community Park and the Valle Crucis Community Park. Boone, a town with many dining and shopping options, is only 35 minutes away, as is the quaint downtown Blowing rock.
Enter the living room through classic stone arches. The living room has two comfortable seating areas, one around a gas log fireplace, and the other facing a wall of picture window revealing a beautiful mountain view. The Library is located to the right of the entrance. It has a small desk and walls of books. The open-plan kitchen is spacious and offers a gourmet cooking experience with its granite countertops, oversized refrigerator, and built in ovens. The large kitchen island, with two barstools, and the dining table that can seat six people, allows for eight guests to dine together. A large study with an office and a laundry room with shelves, counters and hanging racks are located off the kitchen. On the main floor, there is also a two-car attached garage with a storage area and workbench where you can store ski boots, equipment and hang coats.
The outdoor stone patio invites you to relax and take in the scenery of the mountains. The outdoor kitchen area is equipped with a built in gas grill, a dining table and a stone fire place. After dinner, enjoy a hot tub soak.
The main floor king master bedroom has a large flat screen TV, a walk-in wardrobe, and a sitting area near the French door to the patio. The master bathroom has a soaking bathtub, a seated vanity with a tiled walk-in shower for her and a separate counter and sink for him. Three guest bedrooms are located upstairs beyond the landing. The first suite is a queen-sized suite with a four poster bed, desk and ensuite bathroom. The king-sized bedroom is located down the hall, and a twin room with two twin beds is also found there. The shared bathroom upstairs is located between the twin and king rooms. It has a tiled bath and a water toilet.
Wi-Fi, 5 Smart TVs, with paid programming and central heating and cooling are also available. Pets are not permitted.
