Property Description

Eagle Trail is a magnificent new addition to our Vacation home properties. This 5000 sq. ft. 5 bed, 4 bath home has lots of space and amazing views! With great amenities, spacious living areas and custom decor, your group will never want to leave!

Main level has a bedroom with Queen size bed and attached master bath with sunken tub, additional full bath, laundry room, open great room/kitchen/dining area and walkout to the large deck with gas grill. The upper level has 2 bedrooms one with a queen beds and the other with a queen bed and set of twin bunks, full bath and loft with couch and TV. Lower level has 2 more bedrooms (both with queen beds and a set of twin bunks), full bath, and game room with foosball, pool table and bar area. The house sleeps 18 with 5 queen beds, 3 twin bunk beds, and 1 queen pullout couch.

Amenities include Hot tub off lower patio, satellite TV, wifi, game room, laundry room, central Air Conditioning and Garage. Just 1 mile to ski slopes and 2 blocks to snowmobile/ATV trails.

For an additional fee there is an apartment above the garage to give your group even more room to spread out. Apartment sleeps 4 with 1 queen bed and 1 full size futon. Just 8 miles from Deadwood. Half a block from Royal Straight if you need 2 large homes for your group!
