As you open the screen door to the the large, open and spacious screen porch, you’ll reminisce back to your own childhood summers spent at the beach, and there’s also an adjacent patio with an old-school picnic table with benches perfect for family cook-outs.

The screen porch provides a charming space for family time that includes a second dining table for eating or playing games, as well as 2 groovy, retro lounge chairs for kicking back and relaxing. It also creates some privacy during your stay if needed. The galley kitchen, cozy living and dining room, loft with 2 twin beds, and ½ bath is located on one side of the screen porch, and the two bedrooms with queen beds, and a full bath with a tub/shower combo are located on the other side.

A maximum of two trained pets are permitted in the pet friendly properties. Some pet-friendly properties have maximum weight and breed requirements – please contact Dune Allen Realty regarding your pet. Upon management’s approval, a $200 non-refundable pet fee will be required for pet stays. Pet owners will be held financially responsible for any damage or additional cleaning that may be necessary due to pets. Guests who violate this policy will be immediately evicted with forfeiture of all payments received. Please note, dogs are not allowed on the beaches without a special permit from Walton County.
