All this, plus a brand new backyard swimming pool and the gorgeous gulf beaches are only moments away. In the main home of 30A Amazing Views, multiple levels allow for plenty of privacy. On the first floor, theres an elegant great room thats wide open and spacious. The large living area features glass-front bookshelves surrounding the fireplace and an HDTV, plus a plush sofa for luxurious lounging. Next to this comfy space are four roomy armchairs, perfect for cocktails and conversation. The alfresco dining table is perfect for sipping coffee in the quiet mornings or serving dinner during a stunning lakeside sunset. The luxe open kitchen is a chefs dream and features a center island with seating for four next to a dining table with seating for six more. The huge gas range has six burners and a griddle, ideal for whipping up a batch of fresh banana pancakes! White shaker cabinets, glossy granite countertops, a subway tile backsplash, and mosaic tile detail behind the range add exquisite style to the space. Large windows over the sink provide lovely lake views. Theres also a separate formal dining room with a circular table that seats four. Climb the stairs to the second level, where the perfect primary bedroom suite includes an inviting king-size bed and a seating area, plus glass doors that open wide to the second-floor deck with a porch swing overlooking the lake. The ensuite primary bathroom is a serene sanctuary, with a glass-enclosed step-in shower with multiple shower heads and a separate soaking tub that sits underneath a crystal chandelier. The second guest bedroom has a king-size bed and an attached bathroom with a tub/shower combo, while the third and fourth bedrooms each have king-size beds and share a jack-and-jill bathroom. The final sleeping space in the main house is on the third floor and houses two full-size beds and two bunk beds- one a full-over-full-size and one a twin-over-full-size.
