At a combined 3,300 square feet, this newly updated two-story 5-bedroom, 5.5 bath comfortably accommodates 11 guests plus an additional pullout couch. Boasting gorgeous woodwork paired with coastal chic accents, gracious porches, balconies, hardwood floors, professional grade kitchen, luxury bathrooms, and carriage house.

The main home offers 2800 square feet, 4-well-appointed bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, provides an open family floor plan with great attention to detail throughout. The garage and driveway can accommodate up to 4 cars comfortably. Wireless internet is provided complimentary and available throughout the home and carriage house.

Ground Floor: The great room provides plush and comfortable furnishings with a new 65 inch flat screen as well as Sonos system. Steps away sits a lovely and spacious screened-in porch with cozy chairs overlooking Port Washington State Park; the ideal backdrop for which to unwind and relax after a fun filled day at the beach. A charcoal grill located just outside paired with the outdoor dining table seating six allows for meals to be prepared and enjoyed on the covered, screened-in back porch. The kitchen is fully equipped with Sub-Zero refrigerator, Wolf gas range/oven, microwave, and Bosch dishwasher, deep kitchen sink, custom cabinetry, and granite countertops. The expansive island seats three. Dining table seats eight with natural lighting and scenic views. Tucked away on this floor is a King suite with LCD TV, and attached private bath.

Second Floor: Three spacious and charming bedrooms make up this floor: 2 King suites and 1 unique Bunk with full bottom and twin top, all beautifully decorated with attached baths and private access to the porch or balcony. Laundry room with Bosch washer and dryer is also conveniently located on this floor.   For family game time, there is also a PING PONG table.

Carriage Home: At 525 square feet, this charming accommodation that features a queen bed and private bath with shower, comfortable pullout sofa, flat screen LCD TV and balcony. Kitchen area is tastefully equipped with Kitchen Aid stainless steel appliances including refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, granite counter tops, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and dishware.

Watercolor Amenities: Nearly 50 percent of WaterColor’s property is dedicated to open space and preservation areas. Western Lake, a 220 acre rare coastal dune lake, borders the community where owners and guests alike can canoe, kayak or sail. The Gulf’s emerald waters are only steps away or one of the many community pools can be taken advantage of.  Extensive woodland trail systems are perfect for biking and hiking, or enjoy relaxing in one the many green spaces such as Cerulean Park.

**Beach Club Update:  The WaterColor Home Owner’s Association has notified us that Phase I of the WaterColor Beach Club expansion has been completed and is OPEN as of July 4th, 2019. Phase II of the expansion has begun and will continue through the end of 2020 and will culminate with the addition of two new swimming pools. To assist with the expansion project moving as quickly as possible, the HOA has notified us that the Beach Club will be closed every Monday. Chair and umbrella rentals will continue to be available. 

**Camp WaterColor expansion was completed and re-opened in the spring of 2019. The Camp WaterColor area has been expanded to include a larger swimming pool, an additional pool, two water slides and a lazy river. They will also have a quick service dining/beverage option and additional restrooms.

OTHER AMENITIES:
Effective March 15, 2014, golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 45 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis. 

Reservation/ Booking Policy
- A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking
- Except for a $250 cancellation fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival date
- We accept Visa, M/C, Discover and AmEx credit cards
- CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 4:00 PM AND CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 AM
- NO Events, such as wedding receptions and other large gatherings are allowed. Only people sleeping in the home are allowed on this property. If violated, double cleaning fees, as well as other possible fees, will apply. 
- NO PET HOME.  Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in IMMEDIATE EVICTION, plus additional clean charges. 

BIKES: The quote you will receive includes 1 beach cruiser per bedroom.
