The kitchen and dining area are at the far end with a huge island and a dining table to seat 10 comfortably. There is a door from the dining area to the sundeck. The deck has plenty of furniture with great views of the ocean. On the 1st floor are 3 bedrooms and 2 hall baths (both with tub/showers). To the left is the large "kids’ room" with 2 bunks & a double bed (sleeps 6) and a TV. The other 2 bedrooms open to the covered deck and have queen beds. The 1st floor deck also has plenty of seating. You enter the house into a ground level foyer and the stairs take you to the 1st & 2nd levels.
