You will enter the home from a covered porch, with rockers, into a large bright great room, complete with wet bar! The washer/dryer is conveniently located behind doors on the right as you enter the home. High ceiling with lots of natural light amplify the views from the great room. A large screen porch with rockers, table and chairs is accessed from the living area. Everything you will need to sit and enjoy the water views! An open deck area with more seating sits a few steps down from the porch. A short hall on each side of the great room leads to 2 bedrooms on each side of the home. A spiral staircase next to the dining area leads to an open loft overlooking the great room with a pool table and small wet bar. A bedroom on the right of the home (facing Palmetto Blvd) has a double bed(no TV) and a private bath(with shower). The front bedroom(facing the Sound) has a queen size bed(TV) and opens onto the screen porch. There is a hall bath(tub/shower) on this side as well. To the left of the great room is a 1/2 hall bathroom that may be accessed from the hall or the bedroom facing Palmetto. This bedroom has 2 twin beds(no TV). The master bedroom, facing the Sound, has a king size bed, TV, and opens on the screen porch. An adjacent master bathroom has a tub and large sit down shower.
