There is a minimum fee of $200 for leaving after the posted time because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation. You have access to the Miramar Public Beach by Pompano Joe's restaurant. Four portable beach chairs are provided in the garage for your convenience. The home is provided with one golf cart. The driver must be over 25 years old, carry valid auto insurance, and sign a waiver. All TVs in the home are smart TVs with all the standard apps using high-speed internet at over 300 Mbps. Cable TV is not available here, but the apps will provide you with thousands of hours of content. Bring your password for Netflix, Disney, HBO, etc. The paver driveway and garage can accommodate up to 4 standard vehicles. The garage space is only available for the golf cart, no automobiles. Additional paid parking is available at Alvins Island beach store located nearby. No RVs, trailers, buses, or oversized vehicles are allowed. **Pool can be heated from October - May for an additional daily fee. You must inform us at least three days before arrival to ensure the pool is heating. The pool can not be heated during summer due to the high temperatures. Spa Quality amenities are provided, featuring high thread count hypoallergenic linens, towels, and a starter set of soaps, shampoo, and lotions. It is the guest’s responsibility to purchase additional amenities. Only guests over 25 may book this home. No party or college groups are allowed. Violating this will result in eviction without a refund.
