Sleeps 8 - (K, Q, F, SS) If you are looking for mountain views, great amenities, and a unit that is comfortably and beautifully furnished, look no further. Grand Oaks RS1 is the perfect condo for a short getaway or a long retreat. This condo has 3 bedrooms (all bedrooms have a television) and an adjoining bathroom, with a full kitchen, living room, and spacious deck. The kitchen is thoughtfully furnished with everything that you would need to prepare a family meal as well as barware and table linens. There is a kitchen bar for casual dining and a large dining room table where the family can enjoy a meal together while watching the beautiful views or TV. The living room is inviting with a large screen flat television, gas log fireplace, and comfortable seating where you can enjoy the views from the windows. There is access to the deck from the living room or the master bedroom. The deck has a table and 6 chairs where guests can relax and enjoy the fresh mountain air and views. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a large armoire with a television. The master bathroom extends off of it and has a large soaking tub, shower stall, double vanities and a walk in closet off the vanity area (the master bathroom and guest bathroom have pocket doors separating bath and vanity areas). The other two guest rooms have a queen and full bed and bathrooms extending off of them as well. Both are comfortably furnished with TVs. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. This condo can be accessed either by one flight of stairs or an elevator.
