This property features an open floor plan with a kitchen, dining room, and living room joined together with sliding doors that open to a great size deck overlooking the ocean. The den/bedroom located on the first floor has a queen size sofa bed which can be used as another place for guest to sleep. This is used as bedroom number 3. It has a flat screen TV and used for people who do not want to use steps. There is a full bath with shower on the first floor to use. LINENS AND TOWELS INCLUDED IN RENTAL The second floor has two bedrooms. The primary bedroom has sunroom windows which makes you feel as though you're in a tree house. The second bedroom has two twin size beds. There is a Jack and Jill - full bath between the two bedrooms which has been recently updated with high end finishes to share with both bedrooms. You have your own access path to the beach and large deck off the back of house for your own privacy to sit back and relax and read a book.
