Property Description

The cottage sits on a two acre wooded lot surrounded by massive, old growth pines.

Fully appointed kitchen situated right on the water, screen porch, living room with field stone fireplace, bunk room with a loft, two full baths (one with an old fashioned claw foot tub). I-Pod hookup for stereo, outdoor charcoal grill, and large dock with swim float.

The guest house out back boasts a queen bed, twin bed, fireplace, screen porch, full bath, washer and dryer and an outdoor shower. All main house bedrooms have French doors which open directly to the lake. The back house also faces the lake but is more private and is the perfect place if you prefer a bit more solitude.

From Lakeside Cottage Rentals office take a left onto Rt 27 heading south for approx. 0.4 miles. Turn left on Chandler Rd to the end and then turn left on the Point Road. Go for approx 0.1 miles, first right, turn onto Boyd Road, Cottage all the way to the end!
