This is a beautifully decorated and fully renovated 3 bedroom, 3 full bath, Endicott Village, luxury apartment that is sure to please. This 1600sf unit overlooks the 9th fairway and green and, as a bonus, renters of this unique property have access to play on the private Jack Nicklaus-designed golf course.
In the primary bedroom, you'll find a king size bed, a TV, AC, and remodeled private bath with a walk-in shower (no tub). The 2nd bedroom offers 2 twin beds, a TV, AC and its own remodeled, private bath with walk-in shower (no tub). The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds, a TV and AC. A full, remodeled bathroom with a tub/shower combo is located just outside of this bedroom. Quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances sparkle in the fully equipped kitchen, and there is seating for 6 at the dining room table. The air-conditioned living room offers a TV with DVD and VCR player. Sliders off the dining room and the living room lead to the private patio which overlooks the golf course and is furnished with an outdoor dining set and a charcoal grill for barbecuing. Additional amenities include: washer/dryer, and WIFI Internet access.

For the 2021 summer season, the daily pass rate is $20/adult and $10/child (ages 6-15). The weekly pass rate is $70/adult and $30/child. Children 5 and under do not require a pass.
*POOL PASSES are NOT INCLUDED and must be PURCHASED separately DURING YOUR STAY. The Ocean Edge Resort & Golf Club controls the distribution of passes, collection of fees, use and operations of all amenities. All are subject to change without notice.
Golf Privileges on the Private Ocean Edge Golf Course are available with this property. (Green fees apply.)

Smoking is not permitted. Tenants are not allowed to bring pets. Bed sheets, Pillowcases and Towels are not provided.

Vacation Rental PoliciesPayments
Payments Reservations before April 25th: 50% of the rental fee plus a $180 non-refundable administration fee. The balance is due May 1st. Reservations after April 25th: Full rental fee plus a $180 non-refundable administration fee.Check In:
Check-In Renter must sign for keys in person at check-in. The rental property will be ready for occupancy after 3:00 PM on the arrival date. Renter is allowed to pick up the key early; however Renter will be required to sign a legal document stating that they will not be allowed access until 3:00 PM. This will allow Renter to enjoy their first day on the Cape without the waiting time for the key. If Renter will be arriving after 5:00 PM please contact Leighton Realty, LLC for late pick up instructions.Check Out:
Checkout Check-out is 10:00am on the date of departure. No exceptions! Renter and Renter’s entire party must vacate the rental property and return the keys to the office not later than 10:00am. Failure to check out on time could result in a $50 late fee. For lost keys, a $25 fee will be applied. Those fees will be charged to the Renter’s security deposit or payment info on file. All Rental Properties are cleaned and inspected upon your departure.Required Stay
Cancellations, Changes & Refunds In the event of cancellation, a refund minus a service fee of 25% of the total rent rate will be made if and only if rental property is re-rented. The $180 administration fee is non-refundable. If rental property is not re-rented, cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the total rental amount paid. All notice of cancellation must be in writing. There is a $55 fee to change the reservation after the Renter has confirmed it. Should the owner of any rental property elect to remove their rental property from our rental program, the Renter shall not hold Leighton Realty, LLC liable. In such an instance, the Renter will be relocated to comparable accommodations determined by Leighton Realty, LLC. If comparable accommodations are not available, the Renter will receive a full refund. Leighton Realty, LLC is not responsible for events beyond their control, i.e. inclement weather, natural disasters, travel delays, maintenance issues, national security crisis, etc.Deposit(s)
Security Deposit If rental property requires a security deposit, it is deposited in a non-interest bearing escrow account required by law. Provided there is no damage, additional cleaning or other violations against the Terms & Conditions, a reimbursement check will be mailed within 30 days from your departure date. Renter remains liable for any damage of real or personal property of the rental property, which is caused during the stay and which exceeds the Security Deposit.
