Those breathtaking views combined with the luxuries of 706 create a vacation spot that will shine brightly in its guests memories.

Many upgrades contribute to 706’s sophisticated charm including striking granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, original oil paintings of coastal scenes, cool tile floors and plush furnishings. Plus, the Primary suite features a luxury bathroom with dual vanities, custom tile work in the shower and and sliding glass doors to the furnished balcony.

Part of Hidden Dunes, Gulfside enjoys some of the best amenities in all of Destin. Deeded beach access, three pools, an award-wining tennis center, walking trails through the forested acreage of the resort, basketball and corn hole in the recreation area, a dog park and grilling areas are among the perks. Moreover, just beyond Hidden Dunes gates you’ll find Silver Sands Factory Stores, numerous golf courses and dozens of restaurants in just a mile’s radius.


Hidden Dunes offers six tennis courts with a Rubico Clay surface, which is the highest standard for clay tennis courts, and are maintained daily in order to provide the best playing conditions. Proper tennis attire is required to play and we encourage you to call ahead to schedule a match or take advantage of our clinics and private lessons. Per Home Owner Association rules: Hidden Dunes does not allow trailers, RV's, motorcycles, boats/jet ski's or golf carts.


We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
