This immaculate beach cottage is located in the popular Seacrest Beach community. Enjoy endless summer fun here. This charming home features a spacious open floor plan that includes the main living area, dining, and kitchen on the ground level. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The kitchen features stainless appliances and all the necessary tools to make your favorite meals. The living room is surrounded by windows and offers comfortable seating. A queen-size sleeper sofa is also available in the living room. The living area's dining area can seat 6 people, while the kitchen island can accommodate 5. The living area opens onto the patio, which offers long views of Seacrest Beach's brick streets. The first floor also houses the first of four bedrooms with 42-inch LCD TVs. It has private access to the house. This bedroom features a queen-sized bed and a shared bathroom.

The queen master bedroom is located on the second floor. It has a private balcony and is accessed via the staircase. The master bathroom features an oversized soaking bathtub and a walk-in shower. The full-sized washer and dryer are located on the hallway that leads to the fourth and third bedrooms on the second floors. The third queen guest room shares a full bathroom with the fourth bedroom, which has two twin beds and a twin trundle. Each of the guest bedrooms on the second floor share a private balcony.
