The Courtyard Villa is an incredibly popular condominium complex at the southern end of the island.
This beautiful, newly renovated, 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath townhome is situated in the Courtyard Villa complex near the beach, The Village and Pier. You can find a public park in the village area with baseball fields, tennis courts, basketball court and a children’s playground.
Butterfly Villa features a modern, bright kitchen with a counter that looks into the living and dining room. The living room features a queen-size sleeper sofa and comfortable club chair. There is also a flat screen TV, a backdoor to a patio, and a flat screen television. The dining table can comfortably seat six people and there is plenty of counter space for your morning coffee. A half bath is located in the foyer.
The master bedroom is located upstairs and has a queen-sized bed. The guest bedroom is furnished with twin beds. Both bedrooms are served by a modernized bathroom. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans. The upstairs bedroom is updated.
The patio area has fresh, new landscaping.
Courtyard Villa features a large pool that is open only during the summer months.

Very comfortable, clean and well equipped condo apartment. Kitchen has everything you’ll need. We cooked all our meals There due to pandemic decided was safer. The pool was right in front of the condo, well located close to everything, even the beach. The only thing we were missing was a better cable tv since there was not even one child friendly program, and Poor tv selection. Rental company should suggest guess to take their iphods and dvd movies since there’s a DVD player in the condo. Other than that our experience was great! Quiet neighbors, clean, and even a friendly cat visited everyday, my kids loved that!
