All in all the rental experience was good. Great location to everything! Rental had lots of room and was well equipped with anything that we needed. The unit could use some updating as it is a little older looking. The carpets desperately need to be relaxed with flooring. My biggest negative would be the mattresses were not comfortable. Other than those few negatives, the overall experience was good!!

The Condo is in a great location, in walking distance to the Village and restaurants. Kitchen was great. Very nicely decorated and well furnished. It also has covered parking which was nice. Very quiet area. We will be back in the future!

Great location. Great management company. The property itself was in super rough condition and needs some love and attention: many items broken (lamp shades, decorative pieces, blinds bent and broken, cold water handle in hall bathroom sink was missing so only hot, dryer so hot thought it would catch fire when running etc...), and it desperately needs a deep clean- there were so many dirty items (all the dishes, cups, silverware etc) we either hand washed before using or ran through the dishwasher before we used them... and the water pressure was horrible- like drips. Sheets, extra towels, blankest etc- were very worn and need attention... Wouldn't hurt to deep clean furniture too.... Again great location and great rental company.

Complex was quiet and people were kind and smiled when they saw us. The locals didn't seem annoyed at our presence. The place is close to everything.A 16 minute walk gets you to the light house and restaurants and a beach. The place was clean the furniture could use updating and the coffee maker is pretty gross but the master bathroom is Awesome. The shower is perfect for getting all the sand off. The kids loved their bedroom with two beds and my parents loved the guest room. They slept so well. Over all it was a great 2 night stay and I will for sure use real escape properties again the next time we want to stay on the island!!

This is the second year staying at 123 Harbour Oaks. The master bedroom and bathroom was very nice, kitchen is very nice, the rugs were stained in both rooms and we got the stain out of the bedroom but the living room stain is too deep. There was not sufficient dressers for the master bedroom for two guests staying a month. The apartment was clean but really needed a deep clean. The two other bedrooms and bathroom are dated and carpets are very worn. The sliding doors have fogged over the years and the screen door does not open and close easily. The staff at Real Escape are outstanding and very accommodating and we are looking forward to coming back next year however we did change from 123 to 418 Harbour Oaks.

Harbor Oaks is a great complex, well maintained and very convenient. The property #123 is clean and comfortable. Great kitchen and lovely master bedroom. I would suggest adding a nice set of dishes and updating the washer, dryer and dishwasher. Very comfortable stay!

Perfect location to explore St. Simons. Very nice and clean condo with upgraded kitchen and master suite. We had a small issue with internet/TV and I mention this not to complain but to give thanks to the on call personnel. They were extremely responsive and friendly and the issue was no fault of theirs. I would definitely rent from them again. We had a great stay and liked the fact the community was gated so our kids could feel comfortable riding their bikes in the complex.

My husband and 2 teenagers stayed at 123 Harbor Oaks for a week - our first visit to St. Simons. The condo suites our needs, was very clean, comfortable and very convenient to walk to shops and restaurants. We loved the pool, which was never crowded. We used the workout facility and although the equipment was older, it served our needs and everything worked well. The staff at Real Escapes were friendly and helpful. Rental rates were reasonable for what we got and I would rent from them again and would stay in this lotion again as well.

Very much enjoyed our stay on St simons and at 123 Harbour Oak, the master bedroom, master bath and kitchen were updated and very nice. The other two bedrooms and bath are dated but clean and comfortable. Many of the screens need to be replaced and sliding door screen in poor condition as is the screen door. We very much look forward to coming back next year and have already reserved the same unit. The complex is in a great location, ideally located to the village, pier and the great bike paths.

It was a pleasant experience. The kitchen was well supplied and the layout of the condo was convenient. The location is excellent. It is easy walking distance from Pier Village. The only negatives were a queen sized guest bed that was too noisy to sleep on and a recliner with a seat that was worn out. A couch cushion filled the depression and it was usable. We look forward to coming back.

We spent February in St. Simon's.

This was our 4th year there for February.

We like this apartment very much. It's clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well furnished. There have been updates and improvements each year, including a kitchen renovation.

The apartment could use further updating. Bathrooms tiles cleaned, bathrooms painted etc
The queen and king beds are fine but the mattresses could be replaced. Still okay for a comfortable stay.
The kitchen remodeling is great and makes the apartment brighter and more roomy. Love the sunroom and it's furniture. The apartment furniture is comfortable. Decor is great with plenty of natural light.

Harbor Oaks location is wonderful with easy walking access to the village and pier. The complex is beautiful, green and shady and maintained. Love it there.

Real Escapes Agency is very good to work with. They are professional and accommodating and responsive to requests and minor repairs.
All in all a very great experience.
