Welcome to Wailea Cottage!

Real Escapes Properties offers this beautiful four bedroom, three and a half bath beach house in the highly desired East Beach community. The 4332 Fourteenth Street beach house is furnished with both contemporary and upscale decor. It is the perfect size for a large family.
The home is spacious, well-designed and has a good layout. The open floor plan will give you plenty of space to entertain or spend time with family. The large kitchen has an island with seating space for four people, stainless appliances and a gas range. The adjacent open-plan dining room can seat six people. The living room is spacious and comfortable.
This four-bedroom house has a gorgeous master bedroom downstairs with a king-size bed and a large bathroom with a soaker tub, a large tiled shower and double vanity sinks. The king-sized bedroom upstairs has an en suite bath. There is also a single pullout for when you need the extra space. The guest rooms also have a good layout - one has a queen size bed, and the fourth room has twin beds with a trundle. The guest rooms are complemented by a second bathroom located upstairs.
Don't forget the upper veranda for some relaxing time after a day at the beach.
This home is located just a few steps from the 14th Street Public Beach Access Point and Gould’s Inlet.

I have stayed many times on St Simons Island and this rental was perfect! Very roomy and much more so than it looks. Located at the very end of East Beach near the inlet was nice as well. Quiet street. Would definitely rent again!

We loved this house for our family vacation. It was large enough that we were able to spread out Having two main bedroom set ups (king with bathroom) was great and would have accommodated the second set of parents had the other family been able to come.
The house was incredibly clean and had plenty of bathroom towels- more than I have ever experienced in a rental. We were a short walk from Gould's Inlet (less than 5 minutes) and a short walk to other beach access points. We also enjoyed our proximity to the marsh and Ocean Ave that took us right into downtown area- 5 minute car ride. We wished that the property took advantage of the island recycling pick up as we had to do the drop off by the airport (for a fee) and ended up bringing two more bags back home with us. The majority of the house was in great working order, but the front storm door spring was not working properly making it close very quickly on whoever was walking through- the adults figured it out just fine, but the children had a harder time figuring that part out.
We would definitely stay at this property again or any other managed by the same property management company.

This is a very spacious, comfortable house with beautiful decor. We all enjoyed the well-appointed kitchen, and our sons-in-law enjoyed watching golf on the big (72”?) screen tv. The walk to the beach was an easy 5 minutes and all restaurants were a convenient drive.

We had a great Memorial Day vacation with the family. We had rain the first day which was fine, time to unwind and catch up with the family. The rest of the stay was perfect, great weather, food and drink. We will return next Memorial Day Weekend.
