This is the quintessential beach house! This elevated beach house with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms has enough space for up to 12 guests on two floors. The exterior staircase leads to the main floor of the home. The living room, dining area, kitchen, and three bedrooms are located upstairs. The living room has seating around a large TV. The dining room and the kitchen are open plan just off the living area. The kitchen was renovated in 2021 with stainless steel appliances and ample counter space to prepare home cooked meals. The kitchen has a sliding door that leads to the deck upstairs, which overlooks the heated private pool. The large deck is equipped with an outdoor dining area and a propane barbecue for cookouts. The Master bedroom is located inside and has a King-size bed, flat screen TV, and a dining table. The master bedroom is equipped with a private bathroom. On this floor guests can choose between two additional bedrooms, one with a king size bed and another with two queen beds. A shared bathroom is located between the bedrooms.

The property has a complete inlaw suite on the ground floor! The suite features a private entry, a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom attached, and a small half bath. The bedroom has a King-size bed, flat screen TV and a private bathroom. The kitchen and living area are open concept. The kitchen has a microwave, two burner stove, full refrigerator, and sink. In the living room, a large flat screen television is mounted. The sliding doors lead to the patio with the private pool. Enjoy a swim or sunbathe!

The house is ideal for a family or group of friends who want to experience the beach as if they were locals! Just steps away from your front door, you'll find the sand, waves, shopping, restaurants, nightlife, and more!

We enjoyed our stay in SPI. The house had lots of space and was set up very nice. However, the beds are hard. We wish there had been a lamp in the living room to use instead of having to have the light on from the ceiling fan. Also, due to it raining a couple of days during our stay some games would have been fun to have. The kids enjoyed having a pool when we were not at the beach. Plenty of seating outside was also a perk to this house.
