116 E. Gardenia 2 is a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom ground floor property, located on the interior of the Gulf at the Garden Breeze condo complex. It can accommodate up to 6 people. The condo has a modern open concept living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen comes with stainless steel appliances, pots and pans, dishes and utensils. A dining table with seating for four is located off the kitchen. There is also bar seating for two. The living room has a set large contemporary chairs, matching ottomans, and a sofa. This gives you and your guests plenty of space to gather around the TV and watch movies and shows. A full guest bathroom is located off the living room. It has a combination tub/shower. The guest bedroom is located adjacent to the guest bathroom and features two Twin beds with plenty of storage. Down the hall is your master bedroom, which is equipped with a Queen-size bed, a flat-screen TV, large dressers, and a walk-in wardrobe. The attached master bathroom has a large walk-in shower and bright lighting.

Everything was great but the one thing I would change is having 2 double beds in the 2nd bedroom. It did say sleeps 6 but 2 ppl had to sleep on sofa. Other than that, we were very happy. Thank you!!

This condo is very clean and comfortable. I was able to relax by the pool with my grandson. We also walked to the beach just across the street. I liked that there was also a washer/dryer for us to use. The condo had everything I needed to cook and I liked the mini Keurig to make my coffee (bring your own favorite K-cup). The owners have it nicely furnished and it has cute beach decor. I will be back.

Had a wonderful stay. Very clean and comfortable. The beach access is extremely close and handicapped convienient. Can't beat a first Level condo. The pool area is a wonderful refuge. We will be booking again very soon. Can't wait!!

This condo is in the perfect location, under three minute walk to the beach access. We also walked to the Stripes on the corner to pick up a few things and even Dollar General. The pool is clean and nice to relax in and right outside the master bedroom. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook with and has a Keurig, blender, crockpot, etc. Liked the smart TV and wifi access. The condo is very clean and well maintained. We had a really nice time!

Condo was great and super clean when we arrived. The Keurig acted up after about a week and SPI immediately sent over a brand new coffee maker for us. We had starter supplies of paper products, aluminum foil, dish soap, dishwasher soap, bathroom soap, etc. The condo could use a fresh coat of paint inside but other than that was perfect. Wanted to rent again for following year but it was already booked!
