Enjoy South Padre Island TX in our beautiful townhome with 3 bedrooms/2.5 bathrooms and a heated private pool! Our property is only a half block away from the beach. This vacation rental is ideal for groups of friends and families. This townhome will make you feel like you're on the coast! This property can accommodate up to 8 guests.
The pool area has a brand new travertine deck and a beautifully designed pool. Guests can cool off in the pool, catch some sun and enjoy South Padre Island’s tropical climate. Our front door is only a 4 to 5 minute walk away from the beach!
The living, dining and kitchen areas are located on the ground floor. The living room is furnished with new furniture, including a large sofa and sitting chair that will provide plenty of seating for guests. The flat screen tv will allow guests to enjoy their favorite movies, shows, and sporting events.
This kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary pots and pans to prepare family meals. The kitchens are fully stocked with glassware, plates, etc. so you can feel at home.
The dining area is next to the living space and includes a dining room table that seats four guests. It is perfect for breakfast, lunch and evening meals. There are also four bar stools on the kitchen counter for guests to use. The half bathroom downstairs makes it easy for guests to use.
This home has full internet access and cable tv.
All three bedrooms are conveniently located on the upper floor.
The spacious master bedroom offers guests a comfortable place to relax and unwind. This room has a king-size bed, flat-screen tv, ensuite bath, and a private balcony.
The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a flat-screen tv. The third bedroom features two (2) sets twin bunk beds that can accommodate up to four people, and a flat-screen tv. The two bedrooms share the guest bathroom, which is also on the second floor.

Vacationed here with my family and my grandchildren absolutely loved the pool, especially the splash pad. It was perfect for kids who don't know how to swim, it was only about a foot deep and they could splash and play while the rest of us enjoyed the actual pool. The rest of the house was great for a vacation rental especially that it is close to the beach and only took my two year old granddaughter 5 minutes to walk.

When my family and I go on vacation we always try to save money where we can. Since I am a huge cook, I always try to save money by not eating out every meal and I need the kitchen to be set up for me to do that at our vacation spots. I often find that I'm missing items I thought would be there and have to either go without or go buy them. However that was not the case here! Pretty much anything I needed, minus the food of course, was there. I was able to make plenty of food options for my family without having to worry. The kitchen is a little narrow but it worked out perfectly for what I was trying to do. I also loved that I could be making food I. The kitchen and still feel like I was part of the group while my family was in the living room playing games, watching tv or even out at the pool since everything is so open. I would definitely recommend this spot for anyone with a family. We really enjoyed our stay.

We loved staying here! The walk to the beach was so easy and having the pool was perfect for relaxing in the evenings! My family and I would definitely stay here again!
