The second floor has the kitchen, dining room, living area, 2 wrap-around porches and 1 bedroom. The third floor includes 3 bedrooms including the master bedroom with wrap around porch/deck access. The master bedroom has a large bathroom with a garden bathtub and a separate shower. This is the perfect family home for sharing. The home is only 5 minutes from the historic St Augustine. The town has something to offer everyone. The town has something to offer everyone: history lovers, foodies, night owls and those looking for quiet, eco-adventure or quiet. One block away is a public tennis court. Gas stations and grocery stores are nearby, so you can easily stock up on groceries or gas if you want to stay longer. Please note that guests are required to be able to walk steps. The street is very busy and guests have the option to drive to a public parking lot or walk to the beach.
