This brand-new listing has a spacious, cozy feel. It is elegant and rustic. This three-level Little Coyote will welcome you to the Wild West, whether you are here to ski (downhill and cross-country), or to see Old Faithful or the bison in Yellowstone National Park. Two of the five bedrooms feature king-size bed; one suite features a separate entry; and there is a heated garage with two cars and radiant floors. You can fish, go horseback riding, or relax in the spa hot tub. You will soon have someone in your group grilling or broiling a steak to be eaten indoors or outdoors.

Take advantage of the close proximity to Yellowstone National Park in the summer by driving down Highway 191. You will be within the park's borders in only 45 minutes. Parking in the Gallatin canyon will allow you to experience Southwest Montana's world-class fly fishing. Many outfitters offer guides or you can go alone and have fun. You'll need to decide which kind of skiing you want to do each day. There are many options for skiing in the winter. You can choose from all-mountain terrain of Big Sky Resort, Town Center, which is only a 3-minute drive away, or a backcountry ski paradise of Beehive Basin, 16 minutes away. The home also has 85+ km of world class cross-country trails that you can walk to. After a snowy day, you can warm up in your home's gas fireplace or jump into your hot tub.

The Big Sky Meadow Golf Course is located directly across the street. In winter, there are beautiful groomed hiking and nordic skiing trails. It is easy to rent snowshoes, gear and other equipment. Big Sky Resort offers 5,800 acres of skiable terrain in just nine minutes. Lone Mountain Ranch is even closer and offers 80 miles of groomed trails for trekking as well as a sleigh ride dinner that you won't want to miss. There are also boutiques, a charming bookshop, and many favorite restaurants nearby, including Olive B.as, Michelangeloas, and the Riverhouse BBQ. You might see moose, an elk or ermine from your window. If you drive 45 minutes to Yellowstone's West Entrance you will see even more wildlife. You may at first be tempted to photograph everything. Montana will make you want to put away your phone. The Red House is the perfect home away from home for you, your family, and friends.

Montana A/C is a good way to cool down the house during summer. It involves opening windows at night, and closing them during the day. Closing the windows during the day will keep cool air in the house. We ask that you close them if you're not at home.

Transportation to Big Sky from Bozeman AirportIt is important to have a vehicle available during your stay in order to enjoy all that Big Sky offers. You can travel easily from the Gallatin river to Lone Peak. In other communities, taxis and ride-sharing services are plentiful. However, Big Sky is a small community with limited transportation options. We offer a 5% off code to Explore Rentals. They are located just minutes from the Bozeman airport and offer 4-wheel drive vehicles equipped with snow tires during the winter and all season tires during the summer.
