This beautiful three-bedroom home has four bedrooms and an open loft, which is perfect for children. You will find a relaxing and spacious atmosphere in the bright, open floor plan. There are skylights, windows, skylights, vaulted ceilings, exotic hardwood floors, and a cozy fireplace. You can relax in the spacious gathering space and listen to the integrated sound system, or watch a movie on the flat-screen screen. Are you looking for a movie? You can choose from the many that the homeowner has provided. The kitchen of your dreams is just beyond the sitting area. This fully-equipped kitchen will allow you to channel your inner chef. The kitchen includes custom cherry cabinets, granite countertops for prep, an island with its own sink, a Wolf range that can cook six, a breakfast bar that seats six, and a Sub Zero refrigerator. The garage even has an additional refrigerator. The dining room is located just across the kitchen. The dining room is a wonderful place to enjoy meals under the chandelier and at the table that comfortably seats eight. The home's wetbar is also located in the dining room. (FYI-The controls for the sound system are located inside the bar cabinet. The loft also has a sitting area with a large flat-screen TV, VHS/DVD player, and games for everyone to enjoy. The master bedroom is located next to the loft. Here you can wake up to the Atlantic at your feet. Enjoy the view, then open the doors to access the bedroom's private covered balcony. This spacious suite has its own TV/VCR/DVD, and a large walk-in closet that can even house a full-sized crib. The master bathroom has a large shower, a rainhead, and a shower wand with stunning ocean views. Watercolor also offers internet access, an outdoor shower, and bikes.
