It is located on the 17th green of Bald Head island Club's golf course. This home has a reverse-floor plan and includes a bunk room with en suite bathroom that can sleep four people. The bunk room opens onto the rec room, which has a ping pong/pool table as well as a living room with TV. Beyond the rec area is a patio that overlooks the lagoon and golf course.
The heart-of-pine staircase's top reveals a spacious living area with ocean views and a vaulted ceiling. This bright space is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the ocean views from the screen porch or decks. The large kitchen is adjacent to the gathering space. It has stainless appliances and plenty of counter space. There is also a breakfast bar that provides additional seating. The glassed Florida Room is located beyond the kitchen and offers additional dining space as well as a sitting area. These include birds'-eye views of the lagoon and golf course.
The home's next level features four additional bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bath and deck access. The King suite has a deck with views of the ocean. The Queen bedroom also has an ocean view, while the Queen bedroom offers deck access to the golf course. The final bedroom has deck access and two twins.
