Located in the award-winning community of Flora's Bluff, this two-bedroom/ 2.5-bath oceanfront, dog-friendly cottage beckons you to relax on its covered porch swing, dine alfresco style on the screened porch or enjoy Bald Head's South Beach via a private beach boardwalk and access.

Inside you'll appreciate the freshly painted open living space featuring hardwood floors throughout and a new 50-inch flat screen TV. Beyond is the dining area, with a table that easily accommodates six, and the adjacent well-stocked kitchen with updated stainless appliances, wine fridge and loads of counter space. There's also a bonus sunroom with an additional 50-inch TV that is the perfect spot for movies, cozy conversations or a quick nap.

Upstairs the master bedroom features a new King bed with a spa-like en suite and a private balcony - perfect for morning coffee, breathtaking views or late night stargazing. The second bedroom offers two new queen beds and another en suite. Additional amenities include a four-passenger golf cart, WIFI and an outdoor shower.

Additional recent upgrades include a bluetooth home stereo system, brand new board games, new beach chairs and beach umbrella, and two adult bikes.
