Villa 36 is a beautiful villa on the North Carolina coast with an ocean view. This retreat is the ideal spot to spend a week working from home or just relax and focus on your tan.
This beautiful villa is just steps from the beach. It has three bedrooms and three full bathrooms, including two master suites on the main level and a loft. Each bedroom has its own flat-screen TV. The main level has a spacious open plan with a fully-equipped kitchen and a comfortable living area that offers stunning ocean views. Three outdoor living spaces are available, including a shaded porch as well as an intimate deck where you can relax and enjoy a cold beverage while watching the sun set over ocean.
The villa comes with two golf carts, one for each four and one for six. It is conveniently located near the BHI Club and golf course and only minutes from shops and restaurants.
The island itself is home to 10,000 acres of protected habitats that include marshlands and an old Maritime Forest. It is also home of nesting loggerhead sea Turtles. Bald Head Island Conservancy allows you to watch baby sea turtles migrate to the ocean between late July and mid-September. Old Baldy, North Carolina’s oldest lighthouse is also found on the Island. There are 14 miles of trails that can be used for running, walking or biking, and there are also great beaches.

Paddle boards, surfing boards, bicycles, bicycle accessories for children, beach chairs and umbrellas, and kayaks can be rented on the island at local businesses.
The Bald Head Island Club has a fitness center, pool/water park, tennis, golf, croquet and dining. Temporary memberships are available for separate purchase if your rental home has a Bald Head Island Club membership attached.
The Shoals Club has a fitness room, pool, dining, private beach access with chairs and umbrellas available. Temporary memberships are available for separate purchase if your rental home has a Shoals Club membership attached.
