154 East First Street - 7 Cs - This oceanfront house features seven bedrooms and four bathrooms on two levels. On the main level, there are four bedrooms and two Jack & Jill bathrooms with tubs. One of the bedrooms has a double bed, one has two double beds, one has a double and a single, and one has a double and a queen. This level has a full kitchen and living room. On the ground level, with a separate entrance, there are three bedrooms, with one double bed in each. There's also a full size kitchen, two full baths and an additional living area. Upstairs, the dining room table seats six, and there are four stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating. The ground level dining area seats four and there are four stools at the kitchen bar also. Both living rooms have a TV.

Amenities include an open, cold water shower on the walkway, central heat and air, high efficiency washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, iron/ironing board, blender and Wi-Fi. With a covered oceanfront deck, you can sit in the shade, relaxing in the rocking chairs, watching the dolphins in the waves while drinking your morning coffee or enjoying our famous OIB sunsets in the evenings. You can also enjoy some sun, and work on the great tan you want to take back home, since part of the oceanfront deck is uncovered. Another great extra in this house full of "extras" is the close proximity to the center of town, being .8 miles from the pier, should you wish to go for a walk, have some ice cream after dinner, go miniature golfing or go to the arcade or museum.

This house rents on a weekly basis only. The golf cart outlet is on the street side at garage under the stairs. All properties have pillows and bedspreads. Sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided.
