Property Description
188 East First Street - This oceanfront duplex, features six bedrooms and three and a half baths on two levels. Downstairs, the master bedroom has a king bed and TV. The second bedroom has two double beds. There is a Jack N Jill bath (shower only) shared between the king bedroom and the two doubles bedroom. There is a half bath on this level.
Upstairs, the first bedroom has a king. The second bedroom has two doubles. These two bedrooms share a Jack N Jill bathroom (tub-shower combo). The third bedroom has two doubles The fourth bedroom upstairs has one queen bed. The hallway bath upstairs has a shower only. The dining room table seats eight, and there are two chairs at the kitchen bar for additional seating.
Amenities include enclosed outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, DVD player, and Wi-Fi. Catch some sun rays from the uncovered oceanfront deck, or sit in the shade on the covered porch rockers, or picnic table, chairs, and built-in benches.
This house has keyless entry.
Although this house rents for partial weeks in the off-season, before June 4 and after August 21, there's a two-night minimum stay required. All our properties have pillows and bedspreads. Sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided. ALL OUR RENTALS ARE NON-SMOKING AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.
