Property Description

Villa Artemisia, also known as BRV ART, is a 4-bedroom villa in Tuscany, located 15 minutes from the nearest town and only 19 kilometers from Florence. Set on a 4-hectare estate, this 2-level country house is situated near a renowned 18-hole golf course and less than 8 kilometers from a train station (perfect for day trips to Florence).

The original architecture includes stonewalls, small windows (a natural insulation system), and beamed ceilings.
The open living room flows easily into a dining room and large kitchen with an island. The living room features a beautiful fireplace and offers a pull-down screen and video projector for watching films.

Villa BRV ART sleeps up to 8 guests. Each bedroom has a window screen and ensuite bathroom. Three bedrooms are each furnished with a king-size bed, while 1 bedroom has a queen-size bed. All 4 bedrooms are located on the upper level.

Surrounded by a gazebo, chaise lounges, umbrellas, and tables, the large swimming pool with ladder is located a level up from the main house and 20 steps up from the patio. Guests may walk to a nearby waterfall or stroll through the gardens with fruit trees and herbs.

The pool, its surrounding area, and garden are all shared with the owners who live in a nearby villa. Villa BRV ART also comes with a barbecue, pizza oven, satellite TV, and WiFi (signal may be unstable due to location).
