Villa YPI COL dates back to the late 1800s when it was a countryside home and residence for farmers coming to the island from Sorrento. This property has been beautifully renovated and outfitted with modern facilities, while maintaining its original character. The interior features large windows, filling the rooms with natural light. The living and dining areas connect and open to a spacious panoramic terrace. A guest bathroom is located along the corridor. The eat-in kitchen is well equipped with an industrial fridge, ice machine, and Italian and American coffee makers. From the terrace, a flight of 21 steps ascends to a rooftop terrace with a panoramic view. Each air-conditioned bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has an ensuite bathroom. Four of the bathrooms are equipped with a shower, while 1 bathroom has a bathtub. The master bedroom on the ground floor has a small balcony and sitting room with access to the terrace. The fifth bedroom on the lower level offers direct access to the pool. Beautiful gardens with lemon, olive, and fig trees adorn the grounds. A terrace with a beautiful view of Mount Vesuvius and the Mediterranean Sea leads into the pool area, which has a large patio, outdoor kitchen, and bathroom with separate men’s and women’s dressing rooms. The lovely pool is open from May to September. This villa also comes with an automatic generator, barbecue, Jacuzzi, a sauna, ping-pong table, satellite TV, and WiFi. Villa Colonnina, or YPI COL, has house cleaning services available during the week.
