If your loved one is graduating during the summer, consider making your trip to the area a week long vacation...there is alot to do and the area is beautiful! You can even golf on Parris Island..beautiful golf course.

14 Nautical Watch is my 5 bedroom home, located close to beaches, pools, tennis, fitness, playground and volleyball. Golf is only 4 miles up the road on Fripp. I have furnished 14 Nautical Watch with comfort in mind. There are games, bikes, boogies boards and much more. The house is completely stocked with linens, full kitchen, washer/dryer...all the comforts of home. The Island is a gated community. Enjoy the pristine beaches or a day at the pools.
This beautifully appointed new home on Harbor Island, is equipped with new furnishings, games, washer and dryer, and beds to sleep up to 12 people comfortably. There are 2 car ports beneath the house for covered parking and an outdoor shower when you're coming in from a day at the beach. I have also supplied bikes, boogie boards, kids beach chairs for your use.
It would be nice just to spend days and evenings with family and friends in this beautiful living area, furnished with all the amenities of home.
The Foyer is furnished with a game table for hours of fun. Pull the table out for night of games with family and friends, or leave as is for a quiet game between two.
Enjoy beautiful Marsh and Sound views from the Master Bedroom. The Bedroom offers a walk in closet and it's own full bathroom. Also enjoy views of the Harbor Island Raquet Club and Pools.
Built in Bunk Beds for the kids. The ladder can be safely removed and put away if you wish. Upstairs Bedroom offers a Queen size bed, private deck and views of Marsh, Sound and Ocean. Absolutely beautiful!
5th Bedroom is my daughters favorite! This small room is cozy after a long day at the beach. It offers a full size day bed, dresser and small tv.
