Remodeled downstairs in Fall 2002, opening the whole area up, making it a fantastic living space. This house has the best views anywhere on the cape - overlooking Martha's Vineyard, the Elizabeth Islands, Nobska Light, Woods Hole, Falmouth Harbor and Falmouth Heights.
Its a great location, too. Walk to Falmouth Heights beach, Falmouth Harbor, the Island Queen ferry to Oak Bluffs, Martha's Vineyard, or downtown Falmouth.
The maximum occupancy of 12 is strictly enforced. There is also 6 car limit that is strictly enforced, and please note there is no street parking in this area, so please plan accordingly.
