Drive your boat under the bridge and Martha's Vineyard is right in front of you. Home is just a short six house walk to the association pools, courts, ball field & bay. The cellar will also have a living room with cable TV and a bedroom area -- all bedrooms have cable TV. There is a small amenities fee for pool. Close to all ferries, restaurants, golf, bike paths, charter boats, supermarkets, town center & "Mashpee Commons".
