New 2500 square-foot log cabin lodge on scenic wilderness waterfront in the NW corner of the Adirondack Park. Great for year-round reunions, retreats, conferences, family vacations. A recreational paradise for fisherman, snowmobiles, hunters, skiers, skaters, hikers, swimmers, boaters or just vacationers. Eight-person hot tub at the water's edge, offering fabulous views by day and peaceful soaks under the stars by night. Regulation-size, lighted sand beach volleyball court. New pontoon boat with 8-hp Mercury motor, new dock. 16 acres of private land, on a quiet bay of the Raquette River--great for hiking, biking, skating, snowshoeing,(snow-shoes provided) sledding or just observing nature. A private skating pond next to the lodge. Land links to state-maintained snowmobile trails. 4 miles away at Higley Flow State Park are groomed cross-country ski trails, sandy beach, hiking and nature trails. Titus Mountn. Ski slope 1 hr. away. Pike, bass and walleye fishing in both summer and winter.

4 Miles from Higley Flow State Park, with acres of woods, trails, swimming. 25 Minutes from St. Lawrence University, Clarkson College, SUNY Canton and SUNY Potsdam, the Lodge would be an excellent place for visiting families or college conferences. One hour from Lake Placid, site of 2 winter Olympics and home of Whiteface Mountain Ski slopes. 1 1/2 Hours from Ottawa, Canada's capital, where one can skate on the canals or visit Parliament buildings, museums, cultural events.
