This executive and well-appointed contemporary home
is a perfect rental for a vacation for family and friends.
Located down a small lane on the pristine Lake
Canandaigua. The recently built home is ideally situated
to take maximum advantage of all that the Finger Lakes
have to offer.
Located on Canandaigua southeast shore on the quiet
prestigious South Lake Road, you will have privacy to
enjoy and savor the views across and up the lake. The
Town of Canandaigua and village of Naples are both
less than 15 miles.
This is the ideal home for a family get together,
reunion or group of friends. A complete open plan
gourmet kitchen area where you will find granite work
tops, top end appliances, including an oven, dishwasher
and a 4-burner cook top. The kitchen is very well
equipped with high quality cookware, utensils and
serving dishes. There are place settings for 12 or more.
Bar stools and the granite breakfast bar make a social
space for all the chefs in the group. The dining area,
with a wonderful huge dining table with seating for 12,
leads by a French door to the expansive deck.
There are two living rooms – The Great room boasts a
vaulted ceiling, a gorgeous decorative stone fireplace
and piano for evenings of entertainment. The second is
a family room and has a TV, books and games as well
as a queen size sleeper sofa, with French doors opening
to a huge outdoor deck it is a relaxing room for all to
enjoy. There is a half bathroom and full laundry for
your convenience situated within the floor plan layout.
The large sunroom sits at the front of the house, and
receives the sun in the afternoon throughout the year.
This is a HEAVENLY place to relax with coffee or glass
of wine and a good book or conversation. Sunroom
furnishings include a glass table and seating for 6. The
home is designed with large windows or sliders in all
rooms, where you always feel the presence of the lake,
the woods and hillside location.
The house has hosted many family reunions here, and
have really appreciated this floor plan which allows all
of us to be together, while still having separate "living
areas" where adults and kids can do their own thing,
giving everyone a place to have ample peace and quiet
when needed
Furnished with many beautiful details, this spacious
home is split over 4 floors to create a feeling of space
and privacy for all guests. On the ground floor there is
a bedroom with a double and twin bed and a separate
full bathroom.
The private master bedroom overlooks the trees and
lake and has a door leading to its own private deck for
an area to relax and enjoy the lake it also has a full
bathroom and large closet and a comfortable queen
sized bed.
The third bedroom and fourth bedroom are situated on
the top floor. The third bedroom has a comfortable
queen bed and a window with views of the trees and
the lake.
Bedroom 4 has a double plus one single bunk bed on
top and views of the wooded lot at the rear of the
home.
There is a full bathroom shared between these rooms.
The home also has a garage, where bikes or other
recreational stuff can be safely stored. There is ample
parking on the paved driveway for cars and a boat.
Down by the lake is where this home truly comes into
its own. There are 50 steps with handrails leading down
to the private lake front area where there is an
enormous deck with access to a private small shelving
beach. This area is very secluded and quiet – a perfect
place to relax.
For your enjoyment the home comes with a new water
trampoline, a sunfish sail boat, a canoe, a rowboat and
a kayak. There are beach chairs and plenty of room for
picnicking. A Large dock with boat hoist is a perfect
platform for you to enjoy all the water activities of this
lake or to sit and fish off the end of the dock in peace
and tranquility. A perfect home for a summer vacation
to remember
The neighborhood is quiet, very friendly and great for
walking or biking through along the lake road
