The 20x40 In-ground pool is surrounded by lush
gardens, a covered patio and 6ft high stone fence for
privacy in the backyard.
There is 100ft of private lake frontage with a large area
of lawn for picnicking and enjoying the lake. The
waterfront features a dock and mooring buoy for your
boat. Swimming depth is gradual - ideal for children
and people with limited mobility.
The home offers 5 bedrooms ,3.5 baths and sleeps 15
people. It has a spacious and open floor plan with a
large step-down living room, a beautiful den with
walk-in wet bar, a gourmet kitchen with breakfast area.
The lower level features its own private suite with King
size bed,full bath and garden level views.There is a full
size laundry on this floor as well.
The other 4 bedrooms are located on the upper level of
this split level home. The rays of the morning sunrise
