Enjoy your spring break, summer vacation or fall retreat on Cape Cod in historic Barnstable. You will be able to walk to beaches, restaurants, harbor and Barnstable Village. The beach house’s 2nd floor loft is just three miles from Hyannis where you will find shopping malls, more beaches, restaurants, and family amusements, and nightclubs. Bring your bicycles and enjoy the views of nearby marshes, hiking trails and beautiful Hathaway Pond

Weekly rental arrival time is Saturday at 2:00 pm, departure is the following Saturday at 12:00 Noon. (Eight days, seven nights).
Cost: Spring/Fall $600; Summer $900 (U.S.) payable in advance. Seventy-five percent (75%) refundable up to 2 weeks before scheduled vacation, 50% refundable thereafter.
The second floor loft is not toddler friendly. Children must always be supervised near the stairway and when using the decks.

The loft has two bedrooms, two decks, large living area, one bathroom and a small kitchenette. The loft will comfortably sleep five adults. (There is one double bed, one single bed, two futon single chairs that convert to single beds, and one futon couch that converts into a double bed.) Each bedroom has a TV and VCR. You will need to provide your own bed linen, and towels. Pillows and blankets are provided. The small kitchenette is fully equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, disposal, microwave and an electric cook-top stove. The kitchenette opens on to a small Juliet deck for two with a barbeque gas grill. There is no telephone, bring your cell. Parking is available on left side of loft and can accommodate two cars or one car and your boat!
