The house, situated in the historic Copeland District, is approximately 4000 sq ft and situated on a 100x100 ft lot. It is within a short walk to the beach, tennis courts, and Circuit Avenue. There is adequate parking space for four or five cars in front of the house. All of the rooms are large and roomy. Our kitchen, with plenty of cabinet space, is new and modern. There is a lot of living space for your comfort and enjoyment. There is plenty of lawn space for family cookouts. There is a screened-in porch on the side of the house that is 3/4's the length of the house, and an open porch in front that is the width of the house. You will find all areas of the house adequately furnished and comfortable. There is a bedroom on the first floor with a private shower and toilet. Ramps are available, upon request, to make the entire first floor, front porch and screened-in porch handicap accessible.
