Nice deck with gas grill and furniture. Small dock (not suitable for docking boat just loading and unloading). A buoy is a short distance from dock for mooring a boat up to 21 anything large then 21 can be docked at Chautauqua Marina (across the lake) for an additional $120 per week. Nice sandy bottom area for swimming. There is parking for 2 cars in front of garage and additional parking across street in vacant lot.
