Property Information
Pillar Point is 9 miles west of Watertown NY, On Lake Ontario. The lakefront home is at Adams Cove in Guffins Bay, which is to the North side of Pillar Point. Boat launch, 32-foot dock, Jet Ski ramp and a small rowboat are included. By land you would take North Shore Rd about one third of the way out on to Pillar Point to Adams Cove which was once a ferry landing and is now a land mark and can be found on all New York State Maps. (VERY CALM) An off shore prevailing Southwest wind makes Guffins Bay great for boating and water skiing. A fire pit with (fire wood included) and an 1800's Horse Barn that was converted into a Party-activities room are also included.House has large yard (close to 1 acre) for out door games.47 acres of private property located 2 miles away will be available exclusive to renter at such time for hunting, hiking and cross country skiing, these activities along with ice fishing and downhill skiing (25 min.drive) make vacations attractive for Fall, Winter and Spring. Air tight wood stove will heat whole house (Fire wood is included) or just use fuel oil forced air furnace.
