This charming cottage was built as a small house fifty years ago. It is set far back from the street and has a view down into a large field. The living room / dining room features a cathedral ceiling, original modern art, and lots of light. The house has been freshly painted. There is a wonderful slate terrace patio with a great old iron dining room table and chairs. There is a BBQ grill. A bicycle is included.

Transferable East Hampton Town Beach parking permit is included ($100 deposit)
Check-In is after 4PM. Check-Out is by 11AM. The hours of pool usage are 9:30 - 5:30, the pool is unheated.

Very close to both the ocean (Indian Wells) and the Village of Amagansett. It takes a few minutes to walk to either. A few hundred feet to a great gourmet fish and grocery store. Very quiet and lazy summer days are still to be found here.
