Property Information
When you open the door to this vacation Condo, you can immediately feel the start of a wonderful relaxing vacation. This peaceful 3rd floor condominium overlooks the beautiful Garden City Beach, South Carolina. You can walk (.7 miles) to the Garden City Pier for fishing and live music.
The unit is furnished with all of the amenities of home. The kitchen is fully equipped, has a dishwasher and a washer and dryer. The large master bedroom, opening to the private balcony overlooking the ocean, has a queen bed, TV and full private bath. The second bedroom is furnished with two futon bunk beds(twin on the top and full size on bottom). The living room has a queen-size sofa that pulls out to sleep two. The unit is fully air-conditioned. Three ceiling fans help circulate the cool air throughout.
From the balcony you can see the heated pool below and the large deck for sun bathing. Two elevators make the quick trip to the sixth floor. On site security assures your safety.
If you choose not to relax by the pool, or swim in the ocean, a variety of activities are close at hand. From mini golf, great shopping, fine dining, Brookgreen Gardens, Huntington State Park and live entertainment to world class golf courses everyone in the family will be entertained.
