We take a $200 refundable deposit and require a $50 cleaning fee.

Bed linens and Towels included in rental, also kitchen non perishables. Kitchen equipped with everything you need including dishes, microwave, blender, toaster, coffeemaker and dishwasher. Folding chairs so that you can sit outside and enjoy the mountain air. House has a cassette/cd player, dvd player and a vcr as well as basic cable tv. There is also telephone service and no charge for local calls, we ask that long distance calls be made on a calling card.
