Begin the day by watching the sunrise on the deck overlooking Whitney Bay. The windows facing the lake make for an open and light living space. A totally renovated lakeside cottage (about 95% new as of 2006) located on 75 ft of lake front with docking for a small boat. Full kitchen, living room w/TV & DVD, dining area and washer/dryer. There are 2 bedrooms and a spacious loft and is beautifully decorated. Great vacation retreat! SLEEPS 4-6 MAX: BR#1-QU, BR#2-DBL, LOFT-TW 7 S.SOFA. This property offers Optional Trip Cancellation Insurance for an additional $94.50 per week not included in rate below. NO SMOKING/PET! *RENTS FRI-FRI*

| Deposits: We require half down at the time of booking, and the 2nd half is due on May 1st. If the reservation is made after May 1st, the whole amount is due at the time of booking. |
