Our lakefront home is located on the main channel at the 36 Mile . The land location is just off of Highway 5 in Sunrise Beach ,Hurricane Deck area. We are only four miles to a major food store and 1.5 miles to a gas station.
The house is completely furnished and very nicely decorated with three bedrooms, one queen, two full, two twins, a sofa sleeper and futon . We think the best part of the house is the large screened-in porch…you can spend hours enjoying the beautiful lake view and visiting with family and friends there. Another great asset of the house is the foyer area. It is a great place for the kids to hang out, they can watch a movie or play video games without being in the middle of the living area which makes for a lot more peace and quiet.
There is a dock with a large swim platform, located directly in front of the house. Perfect for swimming, boating, and fishing.
For the convenience of our other guests, we ask that there is NO SMOKING inside the house, and NO pets.
