(drive just 2.5 mi.to Niagara Falls) Our well maintained Niagara River front home is a split level spacious property with a large great room, newly remodeled kitchen, large family room, 3 bedrooms & 3 baths, ample parking, a large quiet yard to relax and enjoy lawn games or just relax on the dock to enjoy spectacular sunsets, morning coffee on the river, or just, read, fish or sunbath in the comfortable adirondack chairs or hammock,large cooler and electricity is also dockside. The depth of this landscaped yard lets you be close enough to the house for the facilities but far enough away to feel like you are camping. Both levels have full river view, a full finished basement with pool table and games. This 1600 square foot house is located on the area's best kept secret,Cayuga Island is small, quiet, secure, striclty residential. The riverfront backyard offers spectacular riverfront views, sunsets, a state park on the opposite shore on Grand Island. Because of it's unique location, you are minutes away from the NY State thruway,(but avoid busy thruway bridges) or the Robert Moses Parkway with easy access to all the niagara regions activities.
