Located in the quaint beach community of Barnstable Village, and just steps from the private beach, our spacious 5-bedroom family house offers the natural beauty and charm of Cape Cod with all of the comforts of home. You will see why we lovingly call our home ''Casa Contenta.'' With views of the water from the upstairs rooms, the house feels like a charming New England Bed & Breakfast, complete with a bright sunny decor, new, comfortable beds, high quality linens and central air conditioning. In addition to the private enclosed back deck, there are three separate indoor common areas to gather with family and friends -- a downstairs living room, a screened-in breezeway, and an upstairs family room with TV and a view of the bay.
Relax and enjoy! Pamper yourself with a warm outdoor shower or a relaxing soak in the hot tub located on the private enclosed back deck. Feel the ocean air while you dine or just rest on the breezeway. 4 bedrooms upstairs, plus a convenient first floor bedroom with full bath. No need to bring anything -- we have plenty of beach towels, chairs and toys, and a fully equipped, modern kitchen. The house is perfect for a family, or for 2 or 3 couples traveling together.

A beach you will never forget! Our home is just steps to beautiful, private Millway Beach overlooking Barnstable Harbor and Sandy Neck Beach and lighthouse. This is a spectacular, unspoiled tidal beach -- your own bit of heaven! Swim in the protected bay at high tide, walk the tidal flats and search for shells at low tide. Take in the breathtaking sunsets over the water.
Lots more fun nearby -- sports, adventures, dining & shopping! We are just a 5-minute walk to the Marina with its famous Whale Watch and sport fishing excursions. An easy 10-minute walk takes you to the historic Barnstable Village center on lovely Rt. 6-A with its many antique shops, art galleries, quaint restaurants and ice cream shops. Delicious seafood, mini golf, public tennis and golf are all nearby too. We love our ''Casa Contenta'' in this quiet corner of the Cape, and we invite you to come make some memories of your own here.
